Free shipping on orders over 50 EUR / 1250 CZK. Below that threshold, standard Packeta delivery fees apply at checkout.

Packeta pickup and home delivery

• Packeta pickup boxes and pickup points — the normal delivery path for online orders.
• Delivery details — confirmed during checkout or while preparing a custom request.

Catalog item availability and custom-order lead time depend on the specific model, filament, and current workshop queue.

Safe packing

Every print leaves the workshop wrapped for the journey:

• Fragile areas (thin walls, articulated joints, painted surfaces) get padded with foam wrap or air pillows.
• Filler fills the void in the box so nothing shifts during transit.
• Delicate or large pieces ship box-in-box with a buffered outer carton.
• Reused packaging is clean, structurally sound, and marked.

Tracking

Tracking details depend on the final Packeta delivery method and are provided after the parcel is handed over.

Damaged in transit

If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the outer box before opening and contact us with the photos and order details. We’ll review the damage and resolve it with the delivery context.
