How to order a custom print
Start by sending the model or link, choosing filament/color, and confirming details before printing.
1. Tell us what you want printed
Pick one of these:
- Attach an STL/3MF to your message if you already have the file.
- Send a link to a model page if the file is hosted online.
- Describe it if no model exists yet. We’ll treat it as a 3D modeling request before printing starts.
2. Choose material and finish
We’ll suggest a default based on the model (PLA for display, PETG for outdoor/load-bearing, ASA/ABS for heat). You can override:
- Color (or “any in this family”)
- Layer height (0.12 mm fine / 0.2 mm standard / 0.28 mm fast)
- Supports + post-processing (raw, support scars cleaned, sanded, primed, painted)
3. Confirm the quote
You’ll receive a price and expected timing before printing starts. The quote covers:
- Material cost (priced by volume + filament type)
- Print time
- Post-processing labor, if any
- Packaging + Packeta shipping (or free if over 50 EUR / 1250 CZK)
4. Confirm, pay, and we print
Catalog items go through checkout. Custom orders are confirmed before production, and larger pieces or articulated prints take longer depending on settings and filament availability.
5. Pickup or delivery
Packeta delivery is used for shipped orders. Delivery details and tracking depend on the final method confirmed for the order.
